 HAID RTC (Holistic Approach to Individual Development) is a newly established Residential Treatment Center dedicated to providing 24-hour trauma-informed care for boys ages 6 to 17 in DFPS conservatorship. We serve youth experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges by offering a structured, compassionate environment where healing and growth are possible.

Our experienced, credentialed staff implement evidence-informed treatment models that support each boy’s emotional well-being, life-skills development, and personal growth. Through individualized service planning, therapeutic interventions, and a focus on accountability and independence, we aim to empower youth to thrive both within our care and in their future communities.
