At HAID RTC, we provide comprehensive, 24-hour therapeutic care for boys ages 6 to 17 who are in DFPS conservatorship and experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. Our services are built around individualized treatment plans, evidence-informed interventions, and a structured environment that promotes healing, personal growth, and long-term stability. Guided by trauma-informed principles and aligned with Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) standards, our programs focus on emotional wellness, life skills, and preparing youth for success in their homes and communities.
At HAID RTC, we use a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach to ensure every youth receives holistic, coordinated care that supports emotional healing, behavioral growth, and long-term success. Our team brings together diverse expertise to develop and monitor individualized treatment and transition plans.
The MDT meets regularly to review progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure that all services remain responsive to the youth’s evolving needs. Youth voice and participation are encouraged, with plans developed around their strengths, preferences, and goals.
Whether you're a caregiver, caseworker, community partner, or simply seeking more information about our program, the HAID RTC team is ready to assist you. We welcome your questions and are committed to providing clear, compassionate communication.
***Please do not share confidential or sensitive child-specific information through this form. If you are a DFPS or SSCC representative inquiring about placement or care coordination, please contact us directly by phone or email.
